Firstly; I don't normally write reviews, but like many others I'm first to read them when wanting more information about a product or company, so hopefully this may be of help to someone!

I just wanted to say I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anybody looking for a new kitchen or bathroom in the region, as the customer service we received was second to none, and that's not easy to find nowadays.

Like most people in the market for a new kitchen, we looked around the local area to get a few ideas of what we wanted, and with a new kitchen being a big investment, we wanted to be 100% sure we got it right.

The best decision we made was the moment we walked into Godfrey's and met Mark, as he gives good honest advice, no hard sell, and most importantly nothing was ever too much trouble!

From the design, planning, and installation, Mark took care of everything, even happy to deal directly with our own fitter to resolve any questions or queries he had during the install, which was a great help to me and very much appreciated, as it allowed me to continue to work without fear of having to sort out myself any niggling issues.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, and to top it off the final price we paid was surprisingly less than all the other companies who quoted us.

I had saved for a new kitchen for a couple of years, I knew in my head what I wanted and how much i had to spend. I went to Magnet, Wren, B&Q and Wicks, they had similar to what was in my mind but the budget i had and the quality they had was not what I was looking for also the quotes I had were ridiculous considering the size of my kitchen and the fact I still had the installation to budget for.

I had all but given up of finding the kitchen of my dreams in my budget, then my daughter drove me to Godfreys where I met Steve. Told him about all the places I had been to and how disappointed I was as my budget just wasn't enough.
He asked me what I wanted and showed me a display that was exactly what I had in mind, he asked my budget then he came and measured my kitchen.

I was so pleased with the quote that I said yes immediately, Steve also advised me all the way regarding worktops to match, handles etc. I also got a dishwasher thrown in, which meant a few moves with the plans.

Nothing was too much trouble, changed it a couple of times and Steve got back to me within 1 day with new plans. He also recommended an installer who was also just amazing, without Steve's advice I would have had to have a installer, plumber and electrician which all adds to the budget.


I am over the moon with my kitchen the quality is top notch and the service from Godfreys is above and beyond. I am now saving for the bathroom and I will definitely be going back to Godfreys for that too.
