Caring for your bathroom furniture

Cleaning products are a no no. So many modern cleaning solutions have harsh chemicals in them which will corrode the surfaces and do irreversible damage.

A damp cloth is the easiest and very best way to clean your new bathroom.

Any spills such as mouthwash, toothpaste or body lotion should not be left as they can prove harmful to the surfaces. You can use a small amount of mild washing up liquid but definitely not any cleaner or polish.

Although it's not directly about cleaning, condensation is also a potential problem.

We all love a hot bath or shower but if ventilation is not adequate then over time that moisture can erode the construction of your furniture. 

Condensation can also cause mould and mildew which can be extremely hazardous and very expensive to correct.

Always check with your installer that your room is going to be well ventilated before your new bathroom is fitted.
